SALES & MARKETING
 
Responsible in the overall operation of Sales & Marketing including maximizing sales and profitability, developing staff, & controlling expenses. Managed $35 million annual sales or several organizations concurrently. Developed annual sales, marketing and service plans. Ensured communications were coordinated; supported marketing & sales plan objectives and met organizational expenditure requirements. Directed implementation and execution of sales & marketing policies and practices. Developed sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  1. Developed core sales processes and opportunity tracking systems, and sold products and services in high and low technology environments. Developed plans and processes for implementation resulting in an average business growth of 50% for each organization. Operations grew from 40-person function to a 400-person operation.
     
  2. Partnered with clients to help clarify their direct and product messaging and placement for direct mail, print buying, vendor coordination, client team training and measurement of results. Work resulted in the financial industry loans to consumers growing from $80mill to $350mill within a 4.5-year period.
     
  3. Co-developed a national direct marketing agency. Developed and managed national direct marketing campaigns, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting, media selection, electronic and print material creation and ROI measurement. Client work resulted in a residential high-speed Internet business growing from $15mill to $150 mill within a 2-year period.
     
  4. Completed development of private-label Stored Value MasterCard with national bank and processor. Resulted in providing the business plan and supporting services plan to launch Money Plus cards for usage in locations throughout the world.
     
  5. Developed multiple-unit retail organization with annual sales of $2.4 million from scratch.
     
  6. Created and presented sales seminars and trade shows and grew managed money portfolio from zero to $10million.
